Community Builder Award

Pathway is the recipient of the 2011 Community Builder Award! 

This award given by the ANCOR Foundation, an organization created to support the development of innovative programs and disseminate information that will improve the quality of life for people with disabilities, gives this award annually to exemplary and praiseworthy communities and/or community organizations that create community inclusivity for people with disabilities.

This award is particularly meaningful because our aim has always been to help our students create a living and learning community while in the program, as well helping graduates create their place in the communities of their choice once they leave the program. Along the way many connections are made - with other students, with professors, student groups, service providers - that enrich the lives of us all.
