Pathway is working with PathPoint and Project Search to sponsor an internship program at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
We are currently recruiting cadidates for the rotation beginning in July.
What is Project Search? “Project SEARCH is dedicated to providing education and training to young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through an innovative workforce and career development model that benefits the individual, workplace, and community.”
■ Hours Monday – Friday 8:30am – 3pm
■ This is an unpaid internship focusing on learning and improving employment skills
■ Interns work in a minimum of three departments within the hospital
■ Must have a history good attendance in prior school / work experience.
■ A good attitude and a desire to learn new skills is a must
■ Job coaching provided by PathPoint.
■ The next Project Search rotation begins July 25, 2011.
