What happens after Pathway?

As my colleagues up at the Taft College Transition to Independent Living program told me years ago - "Transition starts on Day 1!" We took that to heart and are constantly working toward getting students ready for life after graduation.

One of the ways we do that is have our Transition Coordinator, Wendy, work with each student and their family to get things set up for their Post-Pathway life. One of the biggest things that she does is help students figure out where they want to live and to find affordable housing in that community.

Many of our students want to stay in the the Westwood area - who wouldn't? Yesterday she assisted four guys that will be graduating in June to find an apartment. Happy day!
